Vender Application

Please complete this application in full. Incomplete applications will not be accepted for inclusion in the Festival. Applications MUST be received by September 28, 2024. If accepted a $50 non-refundable deposit is due in order to hold your space. Upon acceptance a Grateville Dead Music Festival representative will contact you to arrange payment.

 

NOTE: Only the products listed on this application will be allowed to be sold in the festival if you are selected.

 

The festival will go on RAIN OR SHINE. There will be no refunds of any kind for last minute cancellations due to the weather. Please plan accordingly.

 

Hours of Operation: Vendors must be open Friday - Sunday. Required hours of operation will be Friday 5pm-12am, Saturday 2pm-10pm. Sunday. You may be open outside of these hours as the general public will have access to the vendor area 24 hours during the three day event.

 

Acceptance: You will be notified via e-mail of your acceptance. A $50 non-refundable deposit will be due immediately upon your acceptance to the event. Final payment in full will be required by October 1, 2024. Your booth assignments will be emailed 2 weeks prior to the event.

 

Electricity: Electricity is not provided. There is limited electric on site on first come first serve basis. You can bring a quiet generator.

    The Vendor shall indemnify and hold harmless Grateville Productions LLC and Grateville Dead Music Festival from any and all expenses, fees, fines, penalties, suits, proceedings, actions, property loss and/or damage in any way related to the Vendor’s participation in the Grateville Dead Music Festival. I understand that it is my responsibility to man my booth at all times. It is my responsibility to secure my booth. I understand Grateville Productions LLC and Grateville Dead Music Festival are not responsible for any lost and/or stolen items.

I have read and understand the Grateville Dead Music Festival Rules and Regulations, and I agree to abide by these rules and regulations. I understand that if I do not comply, I and the organization or entity I represent, if any, will be asked to leave immediately with no reimbursement of fees paid and excluded from future participation in Grateville Dead Music Festival events. I understand that by signing this application I am agreeing to indemnify Grateville Productions LLC and Grateville Dead Music Festival as well as follow all rules and regulations.
